Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 23 June 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Metta Health shop and your purchase of digital products, downloads, strategy calls, and related services (together, the "Products"). By accessing or using this site and purchasing Products you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purchases & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Payment is processed through our payment provider, Stripe. By placing an order you authorise the use of your chosen payment method for the transaction amount and any applicable taxes or fees.

Stripe may send payment receipts, invoices, refund notices, and other payment-related communications. Metta Health may also send order confirmations, download links, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and support messages needed to fulfil your purchase.

3. Instant Digital Downloads & Cancellation Rights

Products are supplied as digital content and are normally made available immediately after payment is confirmed, by download link, account access, email delivery, or another electronic method shown at checkout.

By purchasing an instant digital download, you request and consent to immediate access to the Product. You acknowledge that, once access to the digital content has started, you may lose any statutory right to cancel the order during a cooling-off period where applicable law permits this.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any legal rights you cannot waive, including rights that apply where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

4. Strategy Call Bookings

Strategy calls are booked services. When you purchase a strategy call, you must provide accurate contact details, information about your medical travel situation, and your chosen appointment time. We use this information to reserve your appointment, prepare for the call, create the Zoom meeting, send the meeting details, and send a reminder before the appointment.

Appointment times are offered in the timezone shown during booking. You are responsible for checking that the date, time, timezone, and Zoom joining details are suitable for you and for joining on time.

If you need to reschedule or cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible at support@mettahealth.uk. Rescheduling, cancellation, missed-call, and refund requests are handled case by case, taking account of the notice given, whether preparation work has begun, whether the appointment slot can reasonably be reused, and any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Refunds, Access Problems & Support

Because Products are instant digital downloads, we do not usually provide refunds once access has been granted or a download has begun, except where required by law or where we choose to do so at our discretion.

Please contact us if you are charged twice, buy the same Product twice by mistake, receive the wrong file, cannot access your download after following the instructions, or believe the Product is faulty or materially different from its description. We will make reasonable efforts to fix access issues, resend download details, replace faulty files, or provide another appropriate remedy.

For strategy calls, please contact us if you receive the wrong appointment details, cannot access the Zoom meeting because of a fault in the joining information we provided, are charged incorrectly, or believe the service materially differs from its description.

Refund or support requests should be sent to support@mettahealth.uk with your order email address, order reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

6. Personal-Use Licence

All content in the Products and on this site, including text, graphics, downloads, templates, worksheets, checklists, designs, and other materials, is owned by Metta Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you buy a digital Product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, view, and use it for your own private, personal purposes only. You do not acquire ownership of the Product or any intellectual property rights in it.

You must not copy, share, upload, publish, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, reproduce, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make the Product available to anyone else without our prior written permission. This includes sharing download links, forwarding files, posting extracts online, adding the Product to shared drives, or using it for commercial training, consultancy, or client work.

7. Educational Information Only - Not Medical Advice

The Products, strategy calls, and site content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, clinical advice, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional who understands your individual circumstances.

Metta Health does not provide emergency medical services through this site or the Products. If you have a medical emergency or urgent health concern, contact your local emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, including whether to travel, choose a provider, undergo a procedure, or follow any preparation or recovery plan. Always seek advice from appropriately qualified medical professionals before making decisions about healthcare, treatment, surgery, travel, medication, or recovery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metta Health is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the purchase price paid for the Product in question.

9. External Links & Third-Party Services

The site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites.

Checkout, payments, receipts, invoices, refunds, and video meetings may be provided through third-party services such as Stripe and Zoom. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy notices, and technical requirements.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using our site you accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
